✨ Don’t get it twisted... self-care isn’t just about a spa day or a solo vacation. It doesn’t happen in one big chunk every so often. True self-care happens every day in small ways.❤️🧘🏼‍♀️📿

Yesterday I took a personal day. I needed some time for reflection. I expected to spend the day on the couch. Maybe watch Hamilton... 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏. But I was surprised at how my day unfolded. Meditation. Yoga practice. Cooking some simple and healthy meals. My day became my normal routine, just with less work and less phone time.💕
⠀⠀⠀⠀
At the end of the day is when I had the 𝒂𝒉𝒂! moment that my daily routine is providing the self care I truly need. That the little things I do every single day are keeping me sane, balanced, and happy.

It doesn’t have to be 3 hours of meditation and 2 hours of yoga each morning. Just 10 minutes sitting still focusing on your breath and then some sun salutations on your mat will make a huge difference in how every day begins to feel a little easier. More manageable. And soon... always like an experience you can’t wait to enjoy!

Try it today. And tomorrow. And every day. Dedicate some time to yourself. To your health and well-being. And watch the magic of yoga unfold before your eyes.✨
