✨It’s never too early — or too late! — to begin a yoga and meditation practice.❤️🧘🏼♀️📿
A few small moments in the day to focus your breath and calm your mind have a huge effect. The positive habit of meditating goes a long way to improve not just your mental state, but your overall health and well-being.
The more I personally put my energy toward meditating, the more I see improvements in every party of my life. Even during chaotic times, things become just a little easier and a little more manageable. And I’m able to face uncertain situations with more confidence and clarity.

Each teacher will be leading live yoga classes and meditation sessions this week Monday-Friday If you can’t catch them live, the videos will stay up in the group for you to be able to practice along whenever it’s convenient.🤗
